The registration form for the 2009 season will be available May 1st.  The registration form will be posted under Registration.

Use this form to register a swimmer in the Columbia Neighborhood Swim League.  Registration is required every season.  You may make a payment by mailing a check or pay by check, cash or credit card in-person at our office.  Checks must be payable to Columbia Association.  Forms and payments can be sent by mail or delivered in-person to
